Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Translate business objectives into robust analytical frameworks and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to optimize user experiences.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Build scalable data pipelines using cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in coding and model versioning.
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Python or R with strong expertise in libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch.
- Expertise in SQL and experience working with large-scale distributed data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodology and causal inference.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/Airflow) is a plus.
