Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for optimization.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model versioning across the data organization.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Communicate findings through intuitive data visualizations and high-level presentations to stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end model lifecycles, from data ingestion and cleaning to production monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
