Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and business forecasting
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data acquisition to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Develop data visualization dashboards and communicate complex findings to executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize product performance
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio of deployed models
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
