Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the improvement of our internal data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
- Maintain high standards of model governance, performance monitoring, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong experience with SQL and handling large-scale datasets in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation metrics, statistical hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business narratives.
