Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive modeling and optimization challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical frameworks and KPIs
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product experimentation
- Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for unstructured text analysis
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate technical concepts into business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level ML deployment
