Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and business opportunities.
- Develop automated pipelines for data processing and model retraining using MLOps best practices.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote a culture of rigorous statistical testing.
- Present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders to influence high-level decision-making.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and model scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
