Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects: from data wrangling to production deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a collaborative innovation culture
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent novel methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade ML models at scale
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Strong statistical foundations and experimental design skills
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business domains
