Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges
- Lead advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing for product optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science or analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis (R/Python)
- Expertise with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML pipelines
- Strong business acumen with experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
