Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong foundation in ML algorithms (XGBoost, Neural Networks, NLP)
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights into business impact
- Published research or patents in data science preferred
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
