Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy Models: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models that drive core product features.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ETL pipelines to advanced data visualization and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Algorithm Innovation: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms, including Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring to ensure production stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow), R, and SQL.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with data-driven solutions.
