Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate complex findings into compelling visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for real-time processing
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product innovation
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP, deep learning, and causal inference
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level ML deployments
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project impact
- Experience with MLOps frameworks and CI/CD for ML systems
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in data-driven industries
