Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user experiences
- Communicate findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance

Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Proven expertise in building production-level ML systems on AWS or GCP
- Strong statistical modeling background with experimental design skills
