Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Develop real-time dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or quantitative field with 5+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of building production-grade ML solutions at scale
- Strong business acumen translating technical insights into ROI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
