Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data ingestion to deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using statistical analysis and A/B testing
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in MLOps and data governance
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visualizations and storytelling
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI features into customer-facing applications
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, BigQuery) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Publication in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier conferences preferred
