Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize user engagement and conversion metrics
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive decision support
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
- Architect cloud-based data warehouses using AWS Glue and Redshift
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and advanced analytics
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production ML models at scale
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
