Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, feature-rich products.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices to ensure application speed and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical decision-making within the squad.
- Cloud & DevOps: Leverage AWS or Azure to deploy, manage, and scale applications in production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or similar server-side languages.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.
