Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to drive data-informed product decisions
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through storytelling
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and analytics
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong background in experimental design and statistical analysis
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Publications or conference presentations in data science preferred
