Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and predictive models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Communication: Present technical findings and data-driven recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply best practices to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL and experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Frameworks: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
