Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy robust machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify high-value data opportunities.
- Architect scalable data pipelines to optimize processing efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to uncover trends and actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal machine learning libraries.
- Design and interpret A/B testing frameworks to validate product enhancements.
- Communicate complex data findings to C-suite stakeholders through intuitive visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in a data science or machine learning role.
- Expertise in Python or R, with a deep understanding of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with distributed computing tools like Apache Spark or Dask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical audiences.
