Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms using Python and R.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large, complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into existing product workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality, real-time data availability for model training and inference.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to measure impact and improve performance metrics.
- Communicate technical findings and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or D3.js.
- Proven track record of taking models from prototype to production environment.
