Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Build automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize data infrastructure for scalability and performance
- Present quarterly business impact reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with 2+ years in leadership roles
- M.S./PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML models
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, NLP)
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and causal inference
- Certification in Google Cloud ML or AWS SageMaker preferred
