Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into robust data science strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable product insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to integrate AI-driven features.
- Design and interpret A/B experiments to optimize user engagement and conversion metrics.
- Mentor junior data team members and establish internal best practices for model lifecycle management.
- Communicate findings clearly through executive-level dashboards and technical presentations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experiment design, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
