Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze user behavior and market data to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Partner with UX/UI design to create intuitive, world-class user experiences.
- Lead grooming and prioritization sessions to maintain a high-velocity sprint cadence.
- Conduct discovery research to deeply understand user pain points and needs.
- Coordinate with GTM and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Define KPIs and track performance metrics to measure product success and ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from zero to one or scaling existing platforms.
- Strong technical background with the ability to discuss architecture and API limitations with engineers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Mixpanel, Jira, and modern prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-informed decision making.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
