Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical data science roadmaps
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model monitoring and version control
- Pioneer novel approaches to unstructured data processing (NLP/CV)
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
