Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead exploratory data analysis initiatives to uncover hidden patterns in multi-dimensional healthcare datasets
- Develop and deploy production-ready models using MLOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and D3.js
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied data science with healthcare focus
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in experimental design
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
