Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis testing to production deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Develop A/B testing methodologies and causal inference models
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Streamlit for stakeholder communication
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in production environments
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark/Dask)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ML model deployment and impact measurement
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
