Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for business-critical problems
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Develop real-time data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create executive-level data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate complex metrics into business strategies
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP, deep learning, and causal inference
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in B2B tech environments
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record deploying production ML models at scale
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Advanced data visualization skills and business acumen
- Certifications in AWS/GCP data engineering preferred
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
