- Budget management and financial reporting with 95%+ accuracy
- Team leadership through mentorship and performance development
- Implementation of PMO standards and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/SAAS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana
- Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
