Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Develop scalable data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and ethics
- Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and deliver quantifiable ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven impact in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and causal inference
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects from data ingestion to deployment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
