Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests to inform design decisions
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize experiences

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
