Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust automated testing framework using industry-standard tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Integrate automated testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous delivery.
- Conduct performance testing and load analysis to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in Test Automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.
