Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production implementation
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scale data pipelines and infrastructure
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate product features and marketing strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate technical insights into business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven impact in tech/finance
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio of deployed ML models with measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certifications in ML or data engineering (AWS/Azure Data Engineer preferred)
