Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive and intuitive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to drive operational efficiency.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into technical queries.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
