Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Lead A/B testing frameworks optimizing key business metrics (conversion, retention)
- Develop real-time data processing solutions using Spark and Kafka
- Create executive dashboards translating complex insights into strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical workshops

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
