Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Perform advanced exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and performance opportunities.
- Develop and maintain scalable recommendation engines and predictive models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in code quality and model documentation.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to executive stakeholders to influence company strategy.
- Optimize model performance through continuous testing, validation, and A/B experimentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and experimental design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
