Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and predictive models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within massive datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and storytelling.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to innovate our product suite.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated success in deploying models to production using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on statistical inference and model validation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
