Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and customer behavior forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis pipelines for product optimization
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Python libraries
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of developing production-level ML pipelines
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to strategic impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
