Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Go and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define project requirements and technical architecture.
- Lead code reviews to maintain high quality, scalability, and security standards.
- Optimize system performance and identify bottlenecks in existing infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive, knowledge-sharing engineering culture.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles and improve developer velocity.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence the long-term technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform).
- Strong knowledge of database design, including both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
