Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track critical business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to design A/B tests and interpret statistically significant results.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from our cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake).
- Translate intricate technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer churn and user engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence strategy through data storytelling.
