You will leverage cutting-edge machine learning techniques to solve complex problems and drive product strategy for our global platform.
This role offers the opportunity to lead model architecture, mentor junior data scientists, and work directly with our CTO to shape our data-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production-grade applications.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable business insights.
- Lead technical strategy for model deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Build and maintain high-performance statistical models using Python and SQL.
- Present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders to influence decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Expertise in Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) and advanced SQL.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentorship.
