- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Optimize ML pipelines for cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) achieving 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior researchers through our structured AI talent development program
- Secure external research funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Strong publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR with 15+ citations per paper
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Experience leading AI teams of 8+ engineers with measurable impact metrics
