Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to optimize business processes.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and executives to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and Deep Learning, and apply cutting-edge methodologies to our proprietary datasets.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) or R.
- Database Knowledge: Strong experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
