- Develop security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles
- Manage incident response protocols and conduct post-mortem analyses
- Mentor security engineers and drive continuous security improvement programs
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend strategic investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in security architecture
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security architecture certification
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust frameworks
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong background in network security, cryptography, and application security
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical security solutions
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
