Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to deployment
- Stakeholder alignment and executive communication across global teams
- Risk mitigation and resource optimization using JIRA/Asana
- Budget control and financial reporting for multi-million dollar initiatives
- Agile/Scrum framework implementation and continuous improvement
- Vendor management and third-party coordination
- Quality assurance and compliance validation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with budget management over $5M
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
