Responsibilities

- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical strategy for AI roadmap
- Partner with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 3+ years production deployment experience
- Proven track record of publishing at top AI conferences
- Strong background in transformer architectures and distributed training
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and RLHF techniques
