Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Establish design systems and maintain component libraries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience with responsive and accessible design standards
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development basics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
