Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong background in A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
