Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science outputs into our core product stack.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to uncover hidden trends and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated reporting workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry and continuous improvement.
- Perform A/B testing and performance monitoring to validate model efficacy in real-world scenarios.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research.
- Expertise in Python, R, or Scala, and deep knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, AWS Redshift).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability theory, and experimental design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical business outcomes.
- Experience with cloud-based production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
