Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to reduce inference latency and increase throughput in high-scale production environments.
- MLOps: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring automated retraining and deployment processes.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers into production-ready code and evaluate novel algorithms.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineering teams to curate high-quality datasets for model training and validation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Core Tech: Extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Specialization: Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Generative AI architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and C++ for high-performance computing tasks.
- Production Experience: Track record of deploying ML models serving millions of requests daily.
- Problem Solving: Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
