Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Leverage big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) to process terabyte-scale datasets
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in ML development
- Research and integrate emerging AI techniques into production systems
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production ML models at scale
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time-series, NLP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts
